Megan Fox Is Pregnant, Expecting First Child with Machine Gun Kelly
The Transformers actress shared the big news with a provocative Instagram post.
Megan Fox announced she’s pregnant—and she certainly wasn’t subtle about the big news. On Monday, the Transformers actress posted a provocative Instagram post informing the world that she’s expecting a child with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly: The 38-year-old is seen nearly nude, covered in black liquid while embracing her baby bump. A second photo shows a positive at-home pregnancy test.
This will be the couple’s first child together, and a rainbow baby after they experienced a heartbreaking miscarriage in 2023.
Fox captioned the racy photo with “Nothing is ever really lost,” and tagged Kelly’s song “Last November” (which was reportedly inspired by the couple’s miscarriage). The actress has been open about her pregnancy loss—she previously wrote about the experience in her book of poetry, titled Pretty Boys Are Poisonous. In a Good Morning America interview, Fox shared, “I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately… trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’”

The couple has been together since 2020 after meeting on the set of the movie Midnight in the Switchgrass, and were engaged two years later. But, their four-year relationship has not been without its challenges. In March, Fox revealed that they had previously called off their engagement and have confronted trust issues. At the same time, the two Tauruses do not shy away from how life-changing their relationship has been. Fox told Page Six that Machine Gun Kelly is her “twin flame.”
This will be the actress’ fourth child. Fox and her ex-husband, 90210 alum Brian Austin Green, co-parent their three children Noah, Bodhi, and Journey. Kelly has one child, Casie, with his ex-girlfriend Emma Cannon.
